Terms of Service
Effective October 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of MagnetX at magnetx.co and app.magnetx.co. By signing in you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use MagnetX.
The service
MagnetX is a suggestion and writing aid. It shows you recent public posts from X that fit your niche and offers a reply idea for each. It does not automate anything on X: it never likes, replies, posts or follows for you, and it never asks for your X login. It is in beta and free for now. Features, limits and pricing may change; we'll tell you before we start charging.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and sign in with your own Google account.
- Connect only an X account you own or are allowed to manage. One X account per MagnetX account.
- Keep your Google account secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
What you post is yours, and your responsibility
Reply ideas are suggestions written by AI to help you think about what to say. They can be wrong, off-tone or out of date. Read every suggestion, make it your own, and post only what you mean. You are responsible for what you publish on X and for following X's rules and the law.
Fair use
- Don't use MagnetX to spam, harass, mislead or impersonate anyone, or to send mass or repetitive replies.
- Don't try to get around usage limits, automate the app, or scrape it.
- Don't break, probe or reverse-engineer the service.
We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.
Third-party services
MagnetX relies on X, Google and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for their availability or changes.
Our content
The MagnetX app, site and brand belong to us. Posts shown in MagnetX belong to their authors on X.
Disclaimers and liability
MagnetX is provided "as is". We don't promise any particular growth, reach or result. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (zero while MagnetX is free).
Ending your use
You can stop using MagnetX at any time and ask us to delete your account at akshat@magnetx.co. We may suspend or end the service, with notice where we can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
